Christine Burwinkle

Christine Burwinkle has extensive experience in technical communication and product operations, primarily at Atlassian since September 2012. Currently serving as Chief of Staff, Burwinkle has also held roles including Head of Product Operations and Head of Customer Operations, focusing on building teams that enhance customer retention through insights. Previously, Burwinkle was a Customer Programs Manager and Program Manager, leading a team of technical writers responsible for documentation of flagship products. Earlier experience includes technical writing at Hewlett-Packard and HP Exstream, where Burwinkle created various user guides and documentation in agile environments. Christine Burwinkle holds a Master’s degree in Technical Communication from Northeastern University and a B.S. in English and Technical Communication from Eastern Kentucky University.
