Dustin Senos

Dustin Senos is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in the technology and creative sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Atlassian since October 2025, Dustin previously held the same title at The Browser Company from November 2020 until its acquisition by Atlassian. Prior to that, Dustin founded Small Animal Studios, working with notable clients such as Facebook, The White House, and Samsung. Additional entrepreneurial endeavors include founding Out of Office Hours and significant roles at Medium and The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities spanned from engineering to graphic design. Dustin's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Digital Animation from the College for Arts and Technology, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
