Grant Reid

Grant Reid is currently working at Atlassian as the Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary since February 2020. Grant has proven experience in building and leading corporate legal teams, providing guidance on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments. Grant has also held roles as the Head of Corporate Legal at a previous company and as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Box and Cabify. Grant's educational background includes a JD from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tufts University.
