Megha Chaudhry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service enablement and business systems management. Currently serving as a Principal Service Enablement Engineer and Technical Business Analyst at Atlassian since September 2016, Megha focuses on fostering partnerships across the business to align product and operations strategies while enhancing customer support. Prior to Atlassian, Megha held the role of Business Systems Manager at ESET, where responsibilities included analyzing and documenting business requirements and overseeing the implementation of a NetSuite-based ERP system. Megha's earlier experience includes roles at Forpoint Solutions Australia Pty Ltd as a Business Systems Analyst and Applications Support Consultant, as well as sales positions at Esprit and Nine West Group. Megha holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Delhi University.
