Paula Freire

Paula Freire is an experienced Support Engineer currently working at Atlassian and e-Core since June 2022. Previously, Paula worked at Open Labs S.A. from January 2015 to June 2021 as an Analista de Suporte Nível II, specializing in N2 support for mobile network data management. Responsibilities included managing SLAs and preparing reports for Anatel in collaboration with the N1 team at Oi. Paula's professional journey began as a young apprentice at Bradesco from 2011 to 2012, followed by an internship at PT Inovação e Sistemas in 2014. Paula holds an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from USP/Esalq (October 2021 - August 2023), an extensive course in Oracle Database 12c, and a Java Development certification, along with a degree in Information Technology Management from Universidade Estácio de Sá.
