Ruchi Kapoor (Tandon) has over 15 years of experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as an Enterprise Support Manager at Atlassian since April 2011. Throughout the tenure, Ruchi has provided exceptional support for JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Agile, and Crowd across EMEA, while also creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for Atlassian's products.
