Stuart Fagin

Stuart Fagin is the Deputy General Counsel at Atlassian, where they have worked since 2014, leading corporate, securities, and M&A matters. With over 20 years of diverse legal and business experience, Fagin specializes in corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property. Prior to Atlassian, they served as Associate General Counsel at Adobe Systems and held positions including General Counsel at 12 Entrepreneuring, Inc. and founding partner at their own law office. Fagin earned a Doctor of Law from Stanford University Law School and a BSBA from The Ohio State University.
