Carlos Sierra Nebot has over 18 years of work experience. Carlos started their career in 2003 as a Programmer at Informática Alquibla. In 2004, they joined Axesor as an Engineering Manager and Scrum Master, a role they held for 14 years until February 2018. Currently, they are working at Axesor Group as a Data Engineering Manager, Data Architect, and Scrum Master.

Carlos Sierra Nebot has a Diplomatura degree in Ingeniería informática from the Universidad de Granada. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from EuropeanScrum.org - Scrum and Agile with European Accreditation.
