Soutik Ganguly

Soutik Ganguly has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as an Analyst at PwC. Soutik then joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2018, where they held roles as an Associate and Senior Associate. At BCG, Soutik successfully implemented several projects, including developing a tactical outline for budget relief, driving procurement excellence, establishing shared services for labor savings, and implementing revenue cycle management. Soutik also curated a strategy to accelerate primary care growth for a health insurance company, resulting in increased profitability and shareholder value. In 2021, Soutik joined Unacademy as a Senior Manager and later became an Associate Director. Soutik then moved to AdmitKard in 2022 as Chief of Staff before joining Atlys in 2023, where they currently serve as Chief of Staff.

Soutik Ganguly completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in the field of study not specified from Amity University, from 2013 to 2017.
