Sławomir Koszolko

Slawomir Koszolko has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Slawomir is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Atman sp. z o.o. since May 2022. In addition, they are also the Chairman of the Board at PDCA - Stowarzyszenie Polish Data Center Association since May 2023.

Before their current positions, Slawomir worked as a Business Consultant and Advisor, providing freelance consultancy and advisory services from April 2020 to November 2022. Slawomir'sareas of expertise include Data Centre, Telecommunications, Cloud, and IT services, with a special focus on business transformation and growth strategies in the B2B and wholesale markets.

From July 2017 to March 2019, they served as the CEO of ATM S.A. (Atman) and successfully led the commercial transformation of the largest Data Centre provider in Poland. Slawomir achieved significant growth in revenue, EBITDA, and customer intake while reducing churn.

Prior to that, Slawomir held various positions at T-Mobile Polska, including Corporate Strategy & New Business Director from May 2016 to July 2017 and B2B Marketing and Business Development Director from October 2014 to April 2016. Slawomir'sresponsibilities included leading strategic projects, M&A initiatives, market development forecasts, and go-to-market activities for SMB and Enterprise customers.

Before joining T-Mobile Polska, they worked at GTS Poland as the Marketing & Strategy Director from January 2009 to October 2014. In this role, they managed revenue, gross margin, and product development for the alternative telco and data center provider.

Slawomir's career began at Arthur Andersen in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Consultant until April 2001.

Slawomir Koszolko completed their Master's degree in Finance & Banking at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1992 to 1997. Slawomir also attended Erasmus University Rotterdam and studied Financial Economics from 1995 to 1996. Later, they pursued an MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2000 to 2003, specializing in Management.
