Prior to that, Slawomir held various positions at T-Mobile Polska, including Corporate Strategy & New Business Director from May 2016 to July 2017 and B2B Marketing and Business Development Director from October 2014 to April 2016. Slawomir'sresponsibilities included leading strategic projects, M&A initiatives, market development forecasts, and go-to-market activities for SMB and Enterprise customers.
Before joining T-Mobile Polska, they worked at GTS Poland as the Marketing & Strategy Director from January 2009 to October 2014. In this role, they managed revenue, gross margin, and product development for the alternative telco and data center provider.
Slawomir's career began at Arthur Andersen in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Consultant until April 2001.

Slawomir Koszolko completed their Master's degree in Finance & Banking at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1992 to 1997. Slawomir also attended Erasmus University Rotterdam and studied Financial Economics from 1995 to 1996. Later, they pursued an MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2000 to 2003, specializing in Management.
