Varun Gupta

Varun Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, customer success, and strategic management. Currently serving as a Visiting Professor at XLRI Delhi-NCR, Varun teaches Entrepreneurial Sales and Sales Automation to MBA students. As the Chief Executive Officer of Atmax Technologies since October 2019, Varun focuses on enhancing organizational performance through Incentive Management technology. Prior experience includes significant roles at PeopleStrong, where Varun built operations in Thailand, established key account management, and led sales strategies, among other responsibilities. Varun holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
