Jessica “Michelle” Holmberg

Jessica is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience across various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Lancemore Hotel Group since January 2024, Jessica previously held the position of Chef De Partie at Pt. Leo Estate from September 2021 to December 2023. Prior roles include Chef De Partie at Woodman Estate, Longitude 131°, and Bolero Brasserie, where Jessica progressed from Chef de Partie to Head Chef over a seven-year span. Early career experience includes a Demi Chef de Partie position at Mozaic Restaurant and Cook at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, as well as an internship at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Swiss German University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
