Kelli L. Martin

Kelli Martin has over two decades of experience in workforce development and organizational training, currently serving as the Vice President of Workforce Development at Atmos Energy since March 2009. Prior roles at Atmos Energy include Director of Technical Training and Manager of Technical Training Delivery. Prior to this, Kelli held positions at Microsoft as a Group Manager, at Alcatel as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant, at Gabberts, Inc. as a Senior Organizational Development Manager, and at Lomas Information Systems as Assistant Vice President of Quality, Training & Development. Kelli Martin holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Southern Methodist University.
