Kim Pettineo

Kim Pettineo, SPHR, possesses over 25 years of experience in benefits management and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Disability & Retirement at Atmos Energy since July 2001. In this role, Kim oversees a comprehensive range of corporate benefit plans including pension, 401(k), disability, and life insurance, and leads the development and implementation of company-wide benefit policies and programs. Kim’s previous experience includes a position as Sr. Benefits Specialist at Atmos Energy and various roles in benefits coordination at Baron & Budd, P.C., JPS Health Network, and Sears, Roebuck and Co. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from New Mexico State University.
