Riley Pierce

Riley Pierce is a GIS Supervisor at Atmos Energy since August 2023, previously serving as GIS Manager at Meridium Group, Inc. and ELS Surveying And Mapping. At Atmos Energy, Riley contributed to various projects, mentored team members, and participated in the Esri Conversion Project while being a member of the Conflict Resolution Team. With a strong background in managing geospatial teams and ensuring project completion, Riley developed processes for LiDAR data delivery and oversaw multiple departments at ELS. Other roles include GIS Specialist, GIS Manager at Acorn Forestry, instructor at Dallas Zoo, GIS Student Researcher, GIS Student Technician, and GIS Intern. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science in Spatial Sciences from Texas A&M University and a high school diploma from Bishop Dunne Catholic School.
