Kathryn Hearn, CSM, ICBB is an experienced professional with a diverse background. Kathryn has been in the workforce since 2010, when they began their career as a Managing Paralegal, NCCP at Miller and Miller Attorneys at Law. In 2013, they moved to MVMT42 as a Product Strategy and Operations Manager. In 2019, they took on the role of Strategic Growth Manager at Restore Hyper Wellness. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Product Development Manager at Atmos.

In 2022, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Kathryn is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership and Strategy from Wake Forest University School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Kathryn Hearn's educational journey began in 2002 when they graduated from East Lincoln High School.
