Molly Hughes

Molly Hughes has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Molly is currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Atmosera since September 2022. Prior to this role, Molly worked as a Recruiting Manager at Carbon60 from January 2022 to September 2022. Before that, they held a position as Lead Technical Recruiter/Recruiting Manager at 10th Magnitude, which was acquired by Cognizant Microsoft Business Group, from January 2016 to January 2022. Molly also worked as an RPO Recruiter at Objective Paradigm from April 2014 to January 2016 and as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from January 2011 to April 2014.

Molly Hughes pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from 2006 to 2010 at Illinois State University.
