Bill C.

Bill C. has a long history of work experience, beginning with a role as a Command Senior Chief in the US Navy in 1987. In 2012, they became a Program Manager at Rapiscan Systems, followed by Defense Contractor roles at StormGeo and Amentum in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Greystar as a Property and Facilities Manager, then to IAP Worldwide Services as a Defense Contractor in 2018. In 2020, they became Operations Manager and Facilities Manager at Veterans Life Center North Carolina - 501(c)3, and in 2022 they became Field Service Lead at 3M. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed Customer Service Manager - DoD Contracts at Atmospheric Plasma Solutions.

Bill C. began their educational journey in 1991 when they attended San Diego Mesa College, where they earned an Associate in Arts Degree in Selected Studies. Bill then attended Chapman University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science and Criminal Justice in 2002. Finally, in 2008, they earned a Master of Arts in National Security Studies from American University.
