Monika Turner CPC has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monika is currently working as the Director of Global Payroll at Atmus Filtration Technologies since 2022. Prior to this, Monika founded and worked as a Professional Performance, Transition, and Leadership Coach at You., Intentionally in 2021. Monika'srole involved coaching leaders to improve their performance, develop effective leadership skills, enhance team retention and productivity, and help individuals find fulfillment in their lives.

Before becoming a coach, Monika served as the Manager of Payroll at Advocate Aurora Health from 2020 to 2021. Monika also held the position of Senior Manager of Payroll at Tenneco from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they worked as the Global Payroll Manager at Jump Trading LLC from 2016 to 2017.

Monika's earlier experiences include managerial and administrative roles related to payroll. Monika worked at Stericycle as a Manager of Payroll from 2014 to 2016, and previously held positions as a Project Manager and Payroll Supervisor within the company. Prior to Stericycle, they worked at Spherion Consulting Firm as a Help Desk Consultant and at Evanston/Skokie School District65 as a Computer Support Analyst.

Monika Turner CPC has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago. Monika also holds a certification as a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching, obtained in 2021.
