Chris Hadley (he/him/his)

Chris Hadley has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Chris is currently the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at ATN International, where they oversee the culture and well-being of the company's global workforce. Chris is responsible for developing innovative strategies and practices to enhance employee engagement and shareholder alignment. Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Principal at Ledgefield Consulting from 2019 to 2021. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer at BrightSphere Investment Group. Before that, Chris held various senior positions at Old Mutual Asset Management, including Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources. Chris also worked at Putnam Investments and Fleet Financial Group, gaining experience in compensation management and HR. Through their career, Chris has been focused on developing leadership, talent, and implementing cutting-edge policies and programs to support organizational culture.

Chris Hadley attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. The field of study for their degree is not provided.
