Sandra Lee

Sandra Lee currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Enlaza Therapeutics, a biotech company specializing in covalent biologics. Previously, Sandra held leadership roles at Genentech, overseeing People and Culture for the Global Informatics division, where support was provided to the CIO and involvement in senior leadership took place. Experience also includes a position as VP of Human Resources at Natera, where initiatives during a high growth phase were led, and roles at McKesson US Pharmaceutical focused on talent management and organization effectiveness. Sandra started her career at Thermo Fisher Scientific, leading HR for Global R&D and talent management during significant growth. Educational credentials include a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University.
