Rick Ganong has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 1993, they became a Partner at Tudor Investment Corp./Tudor Ventures, where they successfully raised and invested over $700 million in three funds. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Partner at Windhorse Capital Management, overseeing various aspects of the business and constructing globally diverse portfolios. In 2014, they joined Bowdoin College as the Senior Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations, managing a team responsible for fund raising and donor relationships. In 2016, they became a Partner at Five Pine Partners, and in 2018, they joined ATN International as a Director, Chair of Compensation Committee, and Investment Committee. In 2019, they joined ETHIC Wealth Bank as a Director. Rick later became a Senior Advisor at ADK Group in 2020, where they provided guidance on finance, fund raising, team building, and strategy, leading to a successful business sale in 2021. Currently, they are the Director at LMCG Investments, LLC, starting in 2022.
Rick Ganong earned a BA degree in Government/Classics from Bowdoin College, where they attended from 1982 to 1986. Rick later pursued an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, graduating in the years 1990 to 1992.
