Suzanne Jones (Holman)

Suzanne Jones (Holman) has extensive work experience in IT service management, catalog management, and client management. Suzanne currently serves as a Senior Manager of IT Service Management at ATN International since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Systems Manager-SACM/Catalog at ATN International from April 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining ATN International, Suzanne worked as a Catalog Manager at DXC Technology from January 2014 to April 2017. Suzanne also had a role at HP Enterprise Services, where they served as a Catalogue Manager from July 2011 to January 2014. In this role, their responsibilities included managing a catalog of services for different clients, working closely with clients to understand catalog requirements, and ensuring timely fulfillment of items in the catalog.

Suzanne's work experience at HP Enterprise Services also includes roles as a Client Manager IV from December 2008 to January 2011, supporting the FDA account and specializing in pricing CLIN's for contracts and proposals. Suzanne also served as a Catalog/Procure/Lease Capability Lead from July 2006 to December 2008, where they defined standard processes for catalog management, provided requirements for catalog tool development, and participated in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of possible catalog tools.

Suzanne Jones (Holman) earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management from Northwood University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In May 2018, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
