Msh Cristal Benitez

Cristal Benitez, MSH, is a dedicated PhD student at The University of Alabama Graduate School, having previously earned a Master of Science in Health, Exercise Science, and Chronic Disease from the University of North Florida. With extensive experience in the fitness and health sectors, Cristal has served as a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine since June 2020, and held various roles including Brand Ambassador at ATN Event Staffing and Flexologist at StretchLab Franchise. Additionally, Cristal contributed as an AHEC Scholar and played football for the Florida Avengers. Earlier experience includes working as a Physical Therapy Technician at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers and as a Brand Representative for Orgain, an organic products company. A graduate of Florida State University, Cristal holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences.
