Elísabet Árnadóttir has a diverse work experience in the fields of security, risk management, and quality management. From 2023 to the present, they have been working as the Director of Security and Compliance at atNorth. Prior to this, they worked as a Security Manager at Rapyd from 2022 to 2023. Elísabet also served as an Information Security and Risk Management Consultant at Consultum ehf. from 2021 to 2022. Before that, Elísabet held various roles at Advania Ísland, including Security Officer, Director of Advania Advice Management Consulting, and Senior Management Consultant. Elísabet was also a Board Member at Lifsverk pension fund from 2010 to 2012. Elísabet Árnadóttir obtained a BSc in Civil Engineering from Háskóli Íslands. Elísabet then went on to receive a Diploma in Finance and an MA in Management from London Metropolitan University in 2009. In 2017, they completed a Certified Securities Broker program at Reykjavik University. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the IT Information Library Foundations Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course ISO/IEC 27001:2005 from BSI in 2013, and the IEMA Approved Lead Environmental Auditor Course from BSI in 2012.
