Sergey Kapatsevich

Sergey Kapatsevich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering. As Chief Product Officer at АТОЛ since August 2018, Sergey has successfully built product teams and established effective product processes, including transparent metrics and team motivation frameworks. Prior to this role, Sergey served as Head of Development at Дримкас, where responsibilities included setting company-wide objectives and launching new business initiatives. In earlier positions, Sergey was a Product Owner at Crystal Service, managing the self-service kiosk development, and held roles at ZTE and Web 3.0 Asia, focusing on network management and IT coordination with stakeholders. Sergey holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems and Networks from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Belarusian State Academy of Communications.
