Helen Wilson

Helen Wilson is the current Chief Operating Officer at Atom bank. Prior to their current role, Wilson served as the head of delivery for specialist complaint handling at a top 4 UK bank from February 2014 to July 2014. From August 2012 to July 2013, they were the head of delivery for PPI operations on an interim/consultancy basis. Wilson began their career in 2006 as an operational strategist at Northern Rock before moving on to their previous roles.

Helen Wilson completed a BA Honours in Geography at Newcastle University, and went on to complete a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Venturehaus. Helen is also certified by the Chartered Institute of Bankers as an Associate Chartered Institute of Bankers.
