Hsiang-Min Yu has extensive experience in product management and development. They currently work as a Product Lead at Atome, where they oversee the entire product lifecycle for the BNPL product in multiple countries. In their previous role as a Senior Product Manager at SHOPLINE, they led a team and successfully increased paid merchants by 275% in just 5 months. They also implemented a triage workflow to resolve user-reported issues more efficiently. Before that, at iKala and Shoplus, Hsiang-Min Yu served as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on social-commerce payment solutions and conducting user interviews to improve retention rates. They played a crucial role in building a subscription-based dementia care kit as the Co-founder and CEO of HOMESEEN, winning the Aging 2.0 Global Startup Search competition.
