Enrique Bay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2008, they started their career as a P15 Project Coordinator at Xignux, where they worked on a working capital optimization project. Enrique then moved on to CEMEX, where they held multiple roles, including Infrastructure Planning Analyst and Professional in Development, gaining hands-on experience in operations support, project administration, and commercial area management.

In 2012, Enrique joined PayPal as part of their Latin America Strategy team. Enrique later became an Advisor at Regiobela in 2011 and took on the role of CEO at Use Kiwi in 2013. There, they led the company's operations and contributed to its growth.

Enrique also had roles as an Editorial Advisor at Grupo REFORMA and as a mentor at Collective Academy. In 2016, they co-founded yabit, a tech firm specializing in critical mission systems, and later co-founded Atomic Labs México in 2018. At Atomic Labs México, Enrique served as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Ventures Officer, leading the creation of new startups and digital businesses.

Throughout their career, Enrique has demonstrated their ability to drive growth, lead teams, and adapt to ever-changing market dynamics. Enrique has a strong background in technology and entrepreneurship, with experience in product design, cloud migration, and startup development.

Enrique Bay has a diverse educational background. Enrique completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2002 to 2007. In 2003, they pursued Italian Language and Literature at Franklin College for a brief period. In 2004 and 2005, Enrique studied Engineering and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from the University of Technology Sydney. In 2006, they attended Bangkok University to study Leadership and Human Development. Later, in 2007, they participated in an International Academic Program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Most recently, from 2011 to 2013, Enrique completed an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
