Joshua Gimbel has worked in the field of machining since 2012. Joshua began their career as a Machinist at LightSail Energy, where they machined complex one-off and small run parts, often from exotic or expensive materials. Joshua then moved on to Therm-x in 2018, where they worked as a Prototype Machinist. In 2019, they joined PRO Unlimited as a Prototype Machinist. In 2021, they began working for both Astra and Selway Machine Tool Company, respectively as a Machinist and an Application Engineer. Their current role is as a Prototype Engineer at Atomic Machines.
Joshua Gimbel obtained a Certification in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Chabot College between 2009 and 2011. Joshua specialized in Machinist, Toolmaker, and Numerical Control Programmer (Machinist).
