Nicole Runfola

Nicole Runfola has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and account management. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Stylist at Stella&Dot. In 2016, they joined Stitch Fix as an Account Manager. In 2018, they became an Account Executive at Home Warranty of America, where they grew a new territory into a top-performing one. In 2019, they joined The RealReal as an Account Manager. In 2021, they became a Recruiter/Sourcer at NetApp and also began working as an Independent Recruiter. Most recently, they joined Atomic Machines in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Nicole Runfola has a diverse educational background with experience in both business and child development. Nicole obtained a Cosmetology License from Vidal Sassoon Academy in 2001 and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University. Prior to that, they attended Santa Barbara City College from 1997 to 1999, studying Child Development, and California State University, Fullerton from 2001 to 2003, also studying Child Development. Nicole is currently enrolled at San Jose State University, studying Child Development. Additionally, Nicole has obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, "Improving Your Leadership Communications" in December 2022 and "Business Writing Principles" in October 2022.
