Josephine van Leeuwen

Josephine van Leeuwen is a business operations and strategy professional with over a decade of experience in a variety of industries. Josephine is currently the Director of Business Operations & Strategy at Policygenius Inc., a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to Policygenius, Ms. van Leeuwen worked as an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman from September 2012 to July 2017, where they managed projects for insurance, asset management, and banking clients. Josephine also spent a year as a Marketing Photographer at Hukseflux Thermal Sensors, where they produced and enhanced photographs for marketing purposes. Ms. van Leeuwen began their career as a Board Member at Vereniging voor Technische Physica, where they served for a year from September 2007 to August 2008. Josephine holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.

Josephine van Leeuwen obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, an MSc in Applied Physics from Technische Universiteit Delft, and a degree in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
