Akash Bhunchal

Akash Bhunchal is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently a member of the founding team at Atomicwork since August 2022, Akash previously held significant positions at Nutanix, including Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager, from March 2018 to August 2022. Prior to Nutanix, Akash served as CTO at Minjar Cloud Solutions Pvt Ltd, which was acquired by Nutanix, and held various engineering leadership roles in other organizations such as CaratLane and Vyomo. Akash's career began at IBM as an Associate Software Engineer and has been characterized by progressively responsible positions, ultimately leading to influential roles such as Vice President of Engineering at Minjar Cloud Solutions Pvt Ltd and Engineering Manager at Kuliza Technologies. Akash holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, graduating in 2007.
