Ryan Marassi

Ryan Marassi has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Ryan started their career at Locust Cider in 2015, where they worked as a Bartender/Cellar Hand for a year. In 2017, they joined Locust Cider & Brewing Co as a Production Manager, responsible for establishing quality standards and managing a team. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in increasing revenues from $250K to $5M in seven years. Ryan also led the development of new products and recorded key data points for quality verification and strategic decision-making.

In 2018, Ryan Marassi was promoted to the role of Director of Operations at Locust Cider & Brewing Co, where they further contributed to the company's growth and success. Ryan held this position until 2021.

Currently, Ryan Marassi is the Facilities and Maintenance Manager at Atomo Coffee, a position they have held since 2022. In April 2023, they will transition into the role of Director of Operations.

Ryan Marassi graduated from Northwestern University in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
