Hannah Green has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Analyst at Accenture for a brief period. In 2015, they transitioned to being a Student Designer at Valeo, where they focused on interactive experience and lighting design for autonomous vehicles. Following this, they worked as a Student Designer at Bibliothèque François Mitterrand, collaborating on a project utilizing augmented reality and themed experiences to engage new audiences. In 2016, Hannah took on the role of a Student Designer at NatWest Group, contributing to a project focused on identifying future customer needs and retail banking in 2030. Concurrently, they worked as a Freelance Designer, specializing in branding and packaging design for pet care products. Their work in this role was featured on Dragons Den. Hannah's next position was as a Junior CX Strategist at Wunderman Thompson UK, where they developed their skills in customer experience strategy. In 2018, they joined PwC UK as a Service Designer at The Experience Centre, working as a Senior Associate. In 2020, Hannah became a Service Designer at SH:24, followed by roles at Capco as a Service Designer (Consultant) and Senior Consultant in Innovation & Design Labs. Currently, they hold the position of Head of CX and Direct Client Marketing at atomos wealth, where they oversee customer experience and direct client marketing efforts.

Hannah Green has a Master of European Design degree in Service Design from The Glasgow School of Art, which they obtained in 2017. Hannah also completed an Industrial Design / French exchange year at ENSCI - Les Ateliers and an Integrated Design exchange year at Köln International School of Design. Additionally, they hold a UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design with a focus on Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience from the UXQB – International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board e.V.
