Michael Angus Fpfs

Michael Angus FPFS has over 20 years of work experience in the financial planning and wealth management industry. Michael is currently serving as the Financial Planning Director at atomos wealth, where they lead the Newcastle office and provides financial planning and wealth management advice to private clients and business owners. Prior to this, they worked at Gallagher as a Chartered Financial Planner, where they also served as a member of the Investment Committee. Michael has also held roles at Grant Thornton UK LLP as a Wealth Advisory Manager, Towry as a Wealth Adviser, MLP as an Independent Financial Adviser, Aegon UK and Royal Bank of Scotland as a Business Analyst, and Scottish Widows as a Pension Administrator.

Michael Angus FPFS attended George Heriot's School from 1984 to 1996. Michael then pursued a degree in Business Administration at Robert Gordon University from 1996 to 2000. In 2004, they completed the Fundamentals of Management Programme at Cass Business School. Michael furthered their education at The Chartered Insurance Institute, where they obtained their Chartered Financial Planner certification in 2021. Additionally, they received a Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society from The Chartered Insurance Institute.
