Nicole Dishotsky

Nicole Dishotsky is currently the Manager of People Ops at Atomwise. Prior to joining Atomwise, Nicole served as the Human Resources Project Manager at Petco from November 2020 to September 2021. In this role, they successfully launched the inaugural class of 100 employees into a Veterinary Technician associate degree program in partnership with Penn Foster. Nicole also conducted management trainings for 80+ Veterinary leaders and developed, created, and implemented manager training collateral.

From September 2020 to November 2020, Nicole served as the Sr. HR Specialist at Sound United. In this role, they partnered with the Sr Director of Human Resources and department managers on full cycle recruiting. Nicole also collaborated with 3rd party vendors on the completion of 401k and US Worker’s Compensation audits.

Before joining Sound United, Nicole was the Human Resources Manager at Elastic from November 2017 to January 2020. In this role, they managed the US HR Administrative team, tested and implemented Workday, Salesforce HR ticketing system, and I9 Advantage. Nicole also developed, distributed, and conducted management trainings to leadership teams. Additionally, they assisted in the annual compensation review process and managed US benefits administration and Open Enrollment.

Nicole Dishotsky has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of San Diego. Nicole also has various certifications from LinkedIn, Cprime Learning, and Toastmasters International.
