Lori Rauth

Lori Rauth has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of People & Culture at Atos Medical since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the HR/Retention Services Director at MRA - The Management Association from 2012 to 2017. Lori also has experience as a Human Resource Consultant/Recruiter at Children's Hospital and Health System from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Recruiter (Independent Contractor) at Archangel LLC in 2011. Lori began their HR career as an HR Generalist at Rockwell Automation, where they worked for ten years from 1997 to 2007.

Lori Rauth holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the Lubar College of Business. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
