Nicola Lawson

Nicola Lawson has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nicola began their career at Servier Laboratories as a Medical Sales Representative, selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Nicola then joined Galderma as a Business Development Representative, where they played a key role in the company's growth within the UK. Nicola went on to work at Boots UK, where they held various HR positions, including Talent Manager, Reward Partner, and HR Business Partner. During their time at Boots, they developed and implemented reward strategies, managed recruitment processes, and provided HR support. After their tenure at Boots, Nicola worked as an HR Business Partner at Staffline Recruitment Limited, where they focused on HR-related business partnerships. Currently, Nicola serves as the Head of HR at Atos Medical, overseeing the organization's HR operations.

Nicola Lawson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Biology (BSC Hons) from Nottingham Trent University, from 2002 to 2006. Nicola later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD) at the same university from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they completed SHL Level A & B at SHL in 2011.
