Cecilia Fernandez

Cecilia Fernandez is an experienced legal professional specializing in data protection, intellectual property, and food law. Currently serving as Group Head of Data Protection and Group Deputy Data Governance Officer at Atos, Cecilia also holds the position of Global Data Protection Legal Counsel. Previous roles include International Intellectual Property Counsel and International Food Law Counsel at Danone, as well as experience in civil, administrative, fiscal, and commercial litigation at the Office of the Mexican Attorney General. Cecilia's education includes a Master of Science in International Law and Management from HEC Paris, where a thesis focused on the GDPR's impact on international corporations was completed, and coursework at Michigan State University.
