Thomas Modelon is an experienced recruitment leader with a strong background in the IT and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Team Lead Recruitment at Atos, Thomas manages a team of 20 IT recruiters, driving performance through a commitment to excellence and collaboration. Previous roles include Team Manager at Concentrix, where Thomas led technical support agents, and various positions at IBM, focusing on customer service and team management.
