Joe Arnold has extensive experience in the chemical and plating industries, currently serving as New Business Development Manager at Atotech USA Inc. since December 2003, where responsibilities include cultivating relationships with customers and OEMs to drive business growth. Previously, Joe held the position of GMF Business Manager at Atotech, managing a division with full P&L accountability and overseeing a team of over 40 employees. Joe's career also includes roles as Product Manager at Atotech, Plating Process Director at Guardian Automotive, and VP Operations at TRIAD Industries LLC., where a notable achievement was establishing a new Greenfield operation in the Plating on Plastics sector. Joe began professional life as Technical Manager at Dott Industries Deco'Plate Division and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology, with a focus on Inorganic Chemistry, from Western Kentucky University.
