Lena Steiger

Lena Steiger currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at ATP Autoteile GmbH, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lena was the Teamlead for HR Operations at HSE Home Shopping Europe GmbH from June 2021 to May 2023. Lena's extensive experience in human resources includes various positions at Amazon, ranging from HR Assistant to HR Launch Project Manager, from August 2015 to May 2021. Earlier career experience includes working as a Verkäuferin at Christ Juweliere und Uhrmacher and completing an internship in human resources at DB Regio Allgäu-Schwaben. Lena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaft from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
