Gorm Laugesen

Gorm Laugesen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development, technology strategy, and digital solutions across various sectors, including finance, shipping, and public service. Currently serving as the Vice President and Director of Business Development at Arbejdsmarkedets Erhvervssikring (AES), a division of ATP, Gorm oversees the management of over 50,000 annual cases related to workplace injuries and illnesses. Previously, Gorm held leadership positions at DS NORDEN, PFA, and FIH Erhvervsbank A/S, focusing on data, IT, and strategic initiatives while managing teams and driving operational improvements. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, along with executive education from Harvard Business School and certifications in the Balanced Scorecard and Agile frameworks.
