Jørgen Bender-Pedersen

Jørgen Bender-Pedersen is an experienced Senior Legal Counsel at ATP, where Jørgen specializes in public procurement, contracts, contract dispute negotiation, and compliance in group procurement. Jørgen is also responsible for managing ATP's trademark portfolio and strategy. Prior to ATP, Jørgen served as Chief of Administrative & Civil Law at NATO, Head of Section at Fødevarestyrelsen, and held various legal roles at different law firms. Jørgen has a diverse educational background in law, including a General Counsel Programme, EU-Udbudsret, and a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen.
