Emre Begen

Emre BEGEN is a highly experienced data scientist and machine learning engineer with a robust background in fields such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Customer Analytics, and Recommendation Engines. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at ATP since November 2022, Emre has been instrumental in standardizing data science projects and implementing efficient MLOps processes. Previous roles include Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Omdena, where Emre volunteered in diverse AI projects, and Senior Research Engineer at Huawei, credited with developing a successful image-based product search system. Emre has also held positions of increasing responsibility at ProManage TR and Bilgi Birikim Sistemleri, delivering impactful data science solutions that enhanced client profitability. An educational foundation in Mathematics (Bachelor’s) and Computer Engineering (Master’s) complements several professional certifications in deep reinforcement learning from Udacity.
