Primary Support Lead at ATPCO

Robert J. Cagungun has extensive work experience across the aviation industry. Robert J. started their career at United Airlines in 1995, where they held roles as a Customer Service and Sales Representative and later as a Customer Service professional. In 1999, they joined ATPCO as a Customer Support Consultant and served in that role until 2008. During their time at ATPCO, they also took on the position of Training Specialist, where they provided expertise in training programs. In 2018, Robert progressed to become a Business Analyst II, responsible for analyzing business requirements and processes. Currently, they hold the position of Integrations Lead at ATPCO, which they assumed in January 2022.

Robert J. Cagungun completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from George Mason University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate degree in International Studies from Northern Virginia Community College from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Adaptive Project Leadership from LinkedIn in 2020 and as a Training Generalist from Langevin Learning Services in 2013.
