Luis Salcedo-Kosma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global business development and marketing. Currently serving as a Global Business Developer at Atracsys LLC, part of the Smith+Nephew Group, since June 2025, Luis previously held multiple leadership roles at Hilti Group from May 2011 to February 2025, including Senior Global Product & Marketing Manager and Sales Manager. In these roles, Luis achieved significant revenue growth and market expansion while leading cross-functional teams and implementing data-driven strategies.
