Derek Goodwin

Derek Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Derek is currently working as a Staff Engineer at Atreo.io since April 2022. Prior to that, from March 2021 to April 2022, Derek worked as a Software Developer.

Derek spent a significant portion of their career at endpoint Clinical, starting in October 2012. Derek held various roles during their tenure, including Senior R&D Software Developer, Lead Software Developer, and Senior Software Developer. In these roles, they were responsible for developing software systems for use in clinical research trials, collaborating with internal teams, and leading a software development team. Derek also played a key role in integrating the latest developments into client templates.

Before joining endpoint Clinical, Derek worked as a Software Developer at 29 Prime from January 2012 to October 2012. In this role, they worked on an internal sales site and standalone programs, utilizing web-based APIs for data validation and automated administration.

Derek's career began at Studio 127 in 2009, where they worked as a Junior Software Developer. During this time, they developed web sites and took over the development of a video-based entertainment website and an associated administration website.

Derek Goodwin obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara in 2009.
