Niina Immonen

Niina Immonen has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Niina is currently working as a Development Manager at Atria Plc, where they are responsible for developing vertical integration and finding digital solutions to enhance quality in meat production. Prior to this, they worked as a Development Manager at A-Farmers ltd from 2012 to 2021, where they focused on genetic development issues and led a development team in improving production efficiency. Before that, they held the position of Service Manager at A-Farmers ltd from 2010 to 2012, where they oversaw the call center and feed sales, as well as coordinated marketing and hosting development projects. Niina started their career at Atria Plc as a trainee in 2009, where they gained experience in customer service, sales, logistics, and marketing for A-Farmers, and completed a professional development program.

Niina Immonen began their education at the University of Helsinki in 2004, where they pursued a degree in Animal Sciences. Niina successfully completed their studies in 2009, obtaining a Master of Science degree in the field of agriculture and forestry. Afterward, in 2011, Niina attended the University of Helsinki again, this time focusing on product development and agrifood as an Atria Trainee. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Tampere in 2012 and completed a program of leadership, which concluded in 2014.
